==== Abstract ====

In this lesson, students will learn about the function of the nervous system. Students will learn
that the nervous system is split up into the central and peripheral nervous systems and
understand the function of each. Instructors will indicate how these systems are integrated and
how neurons function to send information throughout the nervous system in order for our
bodies to function.
